Wedding photographer in Miami Platja

We're **Ferran** and **Eric**, two brothers from Reus: one shoots the photos, the other the video. Miami Platja is our coast — long golden-sand beaches and quiet coves half an hour from home. We document it unhurried, and with no travel surcharge.

Your wedding with the sea in front of you

Miami Platja isn't the hill town above — it's the coastal strip of Mont-roig del Camp, a few kilometres of golden sand and coves opening onto the Mediterranean. We don't come here for stone architecture or hilltop chapels; we come for horizon, water, and low light on the sand. It's a different kind of wedding — more barefoot, more luminous — and we love how it photographs.

We're two brothers working in two formats. While one films the moments that never come back, the other fixes them in stills, coordinated all day through a single eye. You leave with both a photo and video story of the same wedding, without stitching together two teams that have never met.

Reus is a short hop away, so the whole Mont-roig coast falls inside our usual coverage zone, with no travel surcharge. We know these beaches at every hour of the day, and we know where the sun lands when dusk arrives — which is, by far, the best moment to marry by the sea.

Wedding venues in and around Miami Platja

These are the spaces we know along the Mont-roig coast, and the ones we reach for when a couple tells us they want to marry in Miami Platja.

Casablanca Cristal

This is the standout venue in Miami Platja itself: a seafront wedding space with the Mediterranean as the real backdrop to the day. For us it's one of the most rewarding spots in the area — the ceremony with the water in front, dinner as the light drops, and, if you like, portraits on the beach a step away. We know the space and how its light shifts through the day.

Farmhouses and wineries around Mont-roig

Heading inland into Mont-roig del Camp you'll find masias and rural estates ringed by vines and carob trees. They're the ideal choice if you want the sheltered inland dinner paired with a beach run for portraits. We don't invent names we don't know: once you tell us your venue, we'll say honestly whether we've worked there and how we'd approach it.

Seafront hotels in Miami Platja

The coastal strip is dotted with beachfront hotels and restaurants where many couples hold the aperitif or dinner with a direct sea view. They're practical for guests and beautifully lit for photos, especially at the blue hour. We'll help you read which corners work best for the coverage.

Parc Samà

If you want a contrast to the beach, the historic garden of Parc Samà in Cambrils is a short drive away: a lake, palm avenues, and a neo-medieval tower. It's an alternative — or a complement — when you want greenery and shade inland. We have a full page on it.

Where we shoot in Miami Platja

These are the coastal spots that work best for portraits and for video. They all sit within a few minutes of one another.

The Miami beaches

Long and wide, of golden sand, with plenty of room to move without guests in the frame. Perfect for barefoot portraits and for wide video shots with a clean horizon.

Cala dels Vienesos

A more sheltered, quieter cove, with rocks and clear water. It gives a more intimate backdrop than the main beach — ideal for couple portraits when you want a little seclusion.

The Cap Roig headland

The rocky point that closes the coast: pines at the water's edge, low cliffs, and open views. One of the most characterful places for a portrait at dusk, when the rock catches fire.

The seafront promenade at dawn

If you marry in the morning or want a calm session, the promenade at first light is ours: soft light, no one around, and the sea still flat. It's the best moment for a set of serene, quiet photos.

Why the coast changes the coverage

Miami's wide beaches offer something closed venues can't: room for large groups and for open-air ceremonies without anyone crowded together. We can place the wedding party with water behind them and still have space for the wide shots.

The dawn and dusk light on the sand is, for a photographer, a gift. The low sun bounces off the beach and softens faces with no flash; video gains clean backlight that's hard to find inland. So when we can, we push the portraits toward those hours.

And something we love to suggest: pairing beach and interior. Miami Platja is the Mont-roig coast, but the municipality's inland — vineyards, farmhouses, La Roca — is a short drive off. You can marry by the sea and slip away for ten minutes to a different backdrop, or the other way round. We plan it with you so you never lose a moment of the day.

A look at what we do

Images from our work along the Costa Daurada. We don't yet have a published wedding in Miami Platja itself, and we'd rather say so plainly: what you see is real work from the area — our way of reading light and people.

Frequently asked questions

Do you cover weddings in Miami Platja?

Yes. Miami Platja and the whole Mont-roig del Camp coast sit within our usual coverage zone from Reus, with no travel surcharge. We love working there.

Have you photographed a wedding in Miami Platja?

We know the coast well, and venues like Casablanca Cristal, but we'd rather be honest about each specific case. When we talk, we'll tell you plainly what we've done in the area and how we'd approach your day. We won't sell you a wedding we haven't shot.

Can we hold a ceremony on the beach?

Yes, and it's one of the things that works best here. The wide beaches allow open-air ceremonies with the sea behind you. Permits and timing need checking with your venue, and we adapt the photo and video logistics to the light of the moment.

Do you shoot photo and video together?

Yes, and it's what sets us apart. We're two brothers: one films, the other shoots stills, coordinated all day. You leave with both a photo gallery and a video of the same wedding, without hiring two separate teams.

When do we get the photos?

The full photo gallery reaches you in about a week. Video takes a little more editing, but we always send you a few images in the first few days.
