Wedding photographer in Reus
We are from Reus. We photograph your wedding at home: the light of Modernisme, the detail of Domènech i Montaner, and the glances that never happen twice.
Reus is home
We are Ferran and Eric, two brothers born and raised in Reus, the second generation of a family of photographers. When you hire us as your wedding photographer in Reus, we do not arrive as outsiders: we know the light of every square at every hour, when the golden sun grazes the façade of Casa Navàs, and which corners of the old town stay empty early in the day.
Our style is documentary and natural. We do not direct your wedding; we accompany it — looking for the true gesture (a tear, the laugh at the altar, one hand reaching for another) and holding it in a photograph that, thirty years from now, will carry you back to that day. In Reus, that means working with a Modernista heritage that is a gift to any photographer.
Being local also brings a practical advantage: there is no travel fee in Reus or anywhere in the Baix Camp. A farmhouse in Riudoms, the gardens of Termes de Montbrió, or a Priorat winery are all home ground.
Where we photograph in Reus
Reus is the capital of Catalan Modernisme, a singular stage for wedding photography. These are the places we could shoot with our eyes closed.
Institut Pere Mata — Pavilion of the Distinguished
The hidden jewel of Domènech i Montaner, the architect behind Barcelona’s Palau de la Música. Mosaic, ceramics and stained glass that seem built for a couple’s portrait. A private, bookable venue — for us, the most photogenic corner in Reus.
Casa Navàs — Plaça del Mercadal
One of the best-preserved Modernista houses in Europe, right on the Mercadal square. The light through the tall windows and the detailed mosaics allow an intimate, elegant portrait, perfect for a couple session between ceremony and reception.
Plaça del Mercadal and the Modernisme Route
The heart of Reus beats in the Mercadal. We walk the route — Casa Rull, Casa Gasull — using façades and wrought-iron lamps. The best hour is dusk, when the stone warms with colour.
Gaudí Centre and the old town
Reus is Gaudí’s birthplace, and the historic centre — narrow lanes and quiet squares — is ideal for a couple’s stroll without crowds. Close-up portraits and stone textures.
Gardens of Termes de Montbrió
A quarter of an hour away, the gardens of this spa-hotel are among the most sought-after reception settings in the Camp de Tarragona. Ponds and century-old trees that play beautifully with afternoon light.
Baix Camp farmhouses and Priorat wineries
From Riudoms to Les Borges del Camp, the stone masies surrounded by vines are the ideal stage for a countryside wedding. And the Priorat wineries are half an hour away: slate soil, old vines and dreamlike light.
The light and character of Reus
Photographing in Reus means photographing light and detail. Modernisme filled the city with surfaces that play with the sun — trencadís mosaic, coloured glass, wrought iron, glazed ceramics — and whoever knows them knows where to place you so a reflection lights your face.
The character of the city is elegant yet approachable. Reus is not a cold set; it is a living city, with terraces, a market and people. That mix of heritage and everyday life keeps our photographs from looking like postcards — they are real moments in a beautiful place.
We shoot one wedding a day, always. We arrive early, follow the light of your setting and never rush: when we do not hurry, neither do you, and the photographs show it.
How we photograph your wedding
- Documentary first: we capture the day as it unfolds, no scripts, no forced poses.
- Natural light: we use the sun and the Modernista surfaces; flash only when needed.
- A relaxed couple session: 20–30 minutes at Casa Navàs or Pere Mata, without making you feel like models.
- Details that tell the story: rings, ceramics, hands, glances — the small story inside the big one.
- A curated delivery: a hand-edited selection in high resolution, in a private gallery to share.

FAQ — photographer in Reus
Do you charge a travel fee to Reus?
No. We are from Reus, so there is no travel fee in the city or anywhere in the Baix Camp, nor at the Priorat wineries or Termes de Montbrió.
Can the session take place at the Institut Pere Mata or Casa Navàs?
Yes. Both venues can be booked for sessions and, in some cases, for the ceremony. We know the process and help you coordinate with the venue to catch the best light.
Do you cover photo and video together?
Yes, and it is what we recommend: Ferran shoots the photography and Eric the film, as a well-matched team. You can see the offer on our wedding videographer in Reus page.
How many photos do you deliver, and when?
It depends on the hours of coverage, but usually hundreds of edited photos, in a high-resolution private gallery, within a few weeks.
Do you shoot more than one wedding a day?
Never. We photograph one wedding a day so that yours has our full attention, with no rushing and no overlaps.
