How it works
A proposal can't be repeated. Everything we do beforehand is about making the day go exactly the way you've pictured it — so you only have to think about one thing: whether to kneel, and how to keep your hands steady while you open the box.
- 1. 15-minute call or WhatsApp to talk through where, when, the vibe you want, and what your partner is like. We work in English, Spanish, or Catalan.
- 2. Location scout (when the spot is in the Tarragona area). We map the best hiding angles, light direction at the exact hour, and the rain / crowd plan B.
- 3. On the day: we arrive 60-90 minutes early. We shoot with a long lens from a distance (200-400mm) — your partner won't see us until you actually kneel. Afterwards we step in for a full couple session — not just the formal portrait of the "yes": a walk through the area, first hug with the ring, looks down at the hand, ring close-ups, environmental portraits. About 90 minutes of coverage on the day in total.
- 4. Full edited gallery online within 7 days. If the day's schedule gives us room, we'll send a preview earlier over WhatsApp — but the firm commitment is the full gallery within the week.

It's a full couple session, not just the moment
Once we step out from our hiding spot, we don't shoot a quick formal portrait and leave. After the 'yes' you get about 60 more minutes: the first hug with the ring, the looks down at the new hand, the nervous laughter, a walk through the area, ring close-ups, environmental portraits. You'll walk away with 40+ photos of the day, not 5 of the moment.
Location ideas around Tarragona
Tarragona has settings that almost feel designed for a proposal. A few of our favourite spots:
- · Tamarit beach and castle — sunset at the castle with the Mediterranean behind. One of the most requested for its raw photogenic quality.
- · Balcó del Mediterrani and the Roman amphitheatre — central Tarragona carries 2,000 years of history. Works particularly well for travellers who want an iconic-recognisable Tarragona shot.
- · Cala Romana / Cala Fonda — quieter, less crowded. Great for private proposals in the morning or early afternoon.
- · Priorat or Costers del Segre vineyards — if your partner loves wine or nature, walking through vines in low golden light is hard to beat.
- · Siurana or Prades — for film-set drama with cliffs and a medieval village. Car needed and a short walk.
And if you have a place that means something personal to the two of you (the café where you met, the beach of your first kiss) — even better. The story beats the postcard.

Roughly one in four proposals we shoot is for a couple who flies in for the moment itself. We've covered couples from the UK, US, Netherlands, and Germany. Here's how it works for travellers:
- · Planning call in English or Spanish before you travel, to agree on the location, the time, and the rain plan B.
- · Curated location shortlist based on what time of day you land and the aesthetic you're after (sea, ruins, vineyards, mountain). We send photos of each so you can pick before boarding the plane.
- · Optional airport pickup and walk-in from Reus airport or central Tarragona, so you don't get lost before the moment.
Common questions about proposal photography
How do you hide without your partner spotting you?
We arrive 60-90 minutes early. We post ourselves along the route you've shared, far enough away to shoot with a telephoto (200-400mm) without entering your partner's field of view. If the spot has people, we blend in like any tourist with a camera.
When should I book?
Ideally 3-4 weeks in advance, but we've covered proposals with 5 days' notice. The more time you give us, the better we can scout the location and identify the best hiding angles.
What if it rains?
If a plan B is viable (a covered location or under trees), we use it. If your proposal depends on a specific setting (sunset at Tamarit castle, for example), we suggest rescheduling to the next clear day — no cost if you let us know more than 24h ahead.
When do I get the photos?
An online gallery with every edited photo within 7 days max. If the day's schedule gives us room we'll send a preview earlier over WhatsApp (often within 48-72h), but the firm commitment is the full gallery by the end of the week.
What if she says no?
It's never happened in 3 years of running this service. If it did, we'd hand over the session without invoicing — that's not a moment to charge anyone for.
